A lifetime with horses. A habit of asking why.
Jim is the horseman behind Bar T and the person who makes its approach different.
He pairs a lifetime around horses with the calm, direct leadership shaped by a 31-year Army career. Since founding Bar T in 2005, Jim has trained more than 50 mustangs and taught horsemen across more than 30 states and six countries.
